Helen is a highly experienced HR Leader with a career spanning across Australia and New Zealand. Recently, she held a senior HR role at Super Retail Group, where she was responsible for executing the People Plans at BCF and Macpac. Additionally, she successfully implemented the HR function into a Greenfield operation, particularly enjoying taking the team on their HR journey.
As Chief People Officer at Vets Central, Helen is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels safe and supported to bring their unique selves to work. She encourages people to reach their highest potential and is committed to ensuring Vets Central remains one of Australia’s best places to work.

In her free time Helen loves to cook and enjoys exploring new culinary experiences with friends and family.
Helen has a fur baby named Moxey, a beautiful 5-year-old Cavoodle. Moxey may hold the record for the number of toys he can destruct each week but gets away with it due to his lovable nature. His new trick is rolling on his back for tickles when he’s been discovered being mischievous.
