What is the recruitment process?

We have opportunities throughout Australia and New Zealand and we encourage veterinary professionals from all levels of experience to apply.

We typically start with a friendly chat to get to know you, so we can match you with the practice most suited to your skills, desired location, and career development.

Our recruitment process may include:

An initial phone interview with our friendly Careers team to gain a better understanding of what you are looking for and whether our culture is a good fit
Face-to-face or via video call with one of our support office managers or clinical team for an interview
Depending on the role/location, the next steps may include a further interview, skill assessments, and background checks such as reference checks
